The "Barnaul-T" is a unified, automated command-control system for tactical air-defence units at Brigade level. It is a modular system designed to integrate air defence units from the air-def battalion to battery to platoon commander to individual gunners to the Brigade (or higher) HQ. It manages combat operations of anti-aircraft defense units, coordinating their actions and increasing survivability under battle conditions.
It's intended for Army airdefence. On various brochures (there's some in the video description section) are shown Strela-10 (SA-13), TOR-M1/2 and Tunguska SPAAG.
