@vaibzzz123 : Select Xonotic in the list of the installable programs, a usual. Installations in GNU/Linux are simpler than in Windows.

hey there, anyway t get some lights just dont have so much specular?... just iluminate places and not make them white?

Well you could use set the _minlight key. It would add a minimum level of light to the entire map. Floodlighting would also do the trick. You can access either by selecting any brush and hitting n on the keyboard. The list of keys will appear and you can add them as needed in the key/value boxes below.

Sep3lio, thanks for the tutorials. Could you explain how to make light to it appears to be emanating from an object? Thanks in advance.

To make an object emanate light requires the use of shaders and glowmaps. These initially look difficult to use but they arent really. For glowmaps I recommend just opening up existing light textures and taking a look. For shaders there are various tutorials floating around the internet but I recommend asking on the Xonotic or Nexuiz forums.
