  • i am not exadurating , i am seroius everytime lately i eat its as if the food wants to come back up

i workout and i am active i eat protein diet 4 times a day , i hope i am chewing enough.

i eat whole grain bred and meat mostly ..

my stomach is bloated and now on top of it all its as if everything wants to come back out of my mouth and transform into teh food hey were

    please HELP? :(

  • Eat less meat-- youre too acidic and thats why your havig acid reflux. Dont mix meat & bread. Eat A lot of vegetables and green salads-- you need to alkalize. No dairy products

  • actually i mixed your knowledge with someone elses and it has pYED off GIRL

I now eat a little green dark green veggies (not even much)

some salad liefs unprepared and raw . sometimes after or before my protein rich meal i take just 1 bite of small piece of banana (it has enzymes) and/or cucumber piece!

I am happy to say eating live food like these prepare my stomach for the meat!

also i took your advice to eat the slow digesting foods last , so i eat the meat first and the bred after .

  • the slowest digesting food is the meat or cheese-- eat those last in the meal and don't mix with bread (carb)

  • I would love to try this diet, but I am trying to build muscles and everytime I read about post workout meals, they always mention carbs and protein together. I would usually have a drink with high quality whey isolate protein and a banana (for the simple sugar). Now that's apparently a bad combo. I don't want to hinder my workout results so I think I will make this sacrifice and carry on having my usual post workout drink. Great video girl! Thanks <3

  • She is so cute that i takes the breath away

  • I thought you could never combine anything with fruit?

  • Good video, however the stomach does not layer food.

  • @RawRadiantHealth I never knew that I could or should soak shelled hemp seeds. I always buy shelled hemp seeds from Whole Foods and used them straight out of the bag by sprinkling some into my green smoothies. IS this okay?

  • i try to eat raw foods......i am always hungry....5 days a week i drink vegy and fruit juces(i have a healthy juicer)and at the end of the week i eat met based meals(2 meals)anyway......what i was trying to say...u are tooooo cute!!!!kiss kiss!!!!

  • Thank you for caring enough to put these videos out. You are not out there trying to make money, but your whole focus is helping your neighbor. Thank you.

  • thank you for this.

  • thank you for this.

  • i eat a primarily vegetarian diet and was experiencing discomfort whenever i ate my heavier foods first and then fruit for dessert, which surprised me because i'm not eating meat and i'm light on the dairy. i saw this video about 2 weeks ago (i know it's older, but i only recently discovered "raw radiant health") and i've been following the advice in it since. i am so happy with how much better and lighter i now feel after eating a meal! thank you for the information!
