My third training with giryas, 28 kg each. I am doing 2- minute rounds with various moves to work conditioning , power and stamina... This is a clip from round 2..

  • great workout man, i recently bought a kettlebell (only 8 kgs but good enough to begin) hopefully i'll loose some fat and get some muscles, you've really inspired me

    nisam nikada radio sa njima, jel trebam kupiti jednu il trebam dvije i sta mi predlazes koliko kg da uzmem za prve mislio sam 7.5 il mozda 5; inace imam iskustva sa dizanjem utega ali nikad sa giryama

  • do you build your body just doing kettlebell workout or you have lifted weight in the past???

  • @mvlahovic Ma neznam.... cini mi se malo.. ja sam nedavno vidio djete od tri godine kako je giryu od 28 kg odnijelo sa terase. :)))) Valjda je na oca :)))

  • @mvlahovic as of now i am doing swings, clean and press, back exercises etc, but i will try doing as you said, thanks for the reply
