@mvlahovic Ma neznam.... cini mi se malo.. ja sam nedavno vidio djete od tri godine kako je giryu od 28 kg odnijelo sa terase. :)))) Valjda je na oca :)))

@mvlahovic as of now i am doing swings, clean and press, back exercises etc, but i will try doing as you said, thanks for the reply

great workout man, i recently bought a kettlebell (only 8 kgs but good enough to begin) hopefully i'll loose some fat and get some muscles, you've really inspired me

imam pitanje;
nisam nikada radio sa njima, jel trebam kupiti jednu il trebam dvije i sta mi predlazes koliko kg da uzmem za prve mislio sam 7.5 il mozda 5; inace imam iskustva sa dizanjem utega ali nikad sa giryama
