In 2007 I lost my older brother to a car accident, he was 21, his accident was on May 9 and it was so bad the on May 12 2007 we pulled the plug 19 days away from his birhday when he would of been 22. He was a fire fighter for the Bruswick Fire DEPT. When it happened I started thinking of the last time I said I loved him but now I am writting letters to him and putting them in a vase so he can read them. Never stop talking to them even though they are gone! R.I.P WILLIAM REEVES

this song makes me cry i lost my papaw in 2008 and my mamaw in may of 2010 and i talked to her every day and it hurts so bad that i cant even call and see how she is or see what she is doing. or if something is wrong with me tell her about it i cant do it no more. its not fair. i want her back.

It's been three years since my favorite uncle passed away from cancer, and on Christmas Day it will be 9 months since my best friend committed suicide...I noticed that after they passed, I dialed their numbers just to hear their voice on the voicemail...I miss you both more than anything!! This is a beautiful song.... My 21 year old brother just shot himself and like your story, he was only 23 days short of 22! It is such a loss and tragedy to lose a loved one so young. Life can be unfair sometimes. Thank you for sharing your story and the song is amazing!
