Shoot/ Get Treasure/ Repeat

A moment during rehearsal for Theatre Yes' (Hell Yes production) of Mark Ravenhill's Shoot/ Get Treasure/ Repeat. The excerpt is from "Intolerance" and the actress is Julie Golosky. The production will be performed Edmonton's 2010 Fringe festival, opening Friday, August 13th in Edmonton, Alberta. The violent storm outside this ex-church made for overwhelming ambiance. The din is thunder, hard driving rain, and hail. The lights went out, but Julie carried on under flashlight spotlights, and small candles. This was the first time the entire cast had gathered to witness a dress rehearsal of the whole work. The production will include the shorts "Crime and Punishment", "Armageddon", "Paradise Lost", and closing with this, "Intolerance". A great moment in theatre. The production will only accommodate a maximum of twenty audience members, who will be led between four different venues .
