Lee Hayward's Chest and Shoulder Work out July 18, 2008 at Global Gym.

Hammer Strength High Incline Bench Press
2 sets with 225 lbs. x 6 reps

Dumbbell Bench Press
2 sets with 100's x 6 reps

Pec Dec Flyes
2 sets with 200 lbs. x 6 reps

1 Arm Rear Delt Cable Flyes
2 sets with 40 lbs. x 6 reps

1 Arm Side Lateral Cable Raises
2 sets with 45 lbs. x 6 reps

Hammer Strength Shoulder Press Machine
2 sets with 310 lbs. x 6 reps

    2 minutes between heavier exercises. 1 minute between smaller exercises.

  • never lock your arms when pushing up / Exercise, 3:02..........you need to keep them bent

  • @fatrat369 depends ...for shoulders sometimes you got to lock out to flex the delt better...i'd say better advice is lee should wear a elbow protector

  • @PokeTVable split!! you want the most intensity when you hit each body part ...so doing everything would make the muscle that you saved for last not get hit as effectively...so do 2 a day depending on how many days you go to the gym...big muscle small muscle ...like Lee showed you here (chest and shoulders)

  • Hey, should i do one lone wholebody training session or split the different bodyparts into different days and train the same bodypart every 3 or 4 days?
