@fatrat369 depends ...for shoulders sometimes you got to lock out to flex the delt better...i'd say better advice is lee should wear a elbow protector

@PokeTVable split!! you want the most intensity when you hit each body part ...so doing everything would make the muscle that you saved for last not get hit as effectively...so do 2 a day depending on how many days you go to the gym...big muscle small muscle ...like Lee showed you here (chest and shoulders)

Hey, should i do one lone wholebody training session or split the different bodyparts into different days and train the same bodypart every 3 or 4 days?
What kind of rest do you get between sets?

2 minutes between heavier exercises. 1 minute between smaller exercises.
