Welcome back ! Well here I am demonstrating front squats on the smith machine . This was from part II of my leg workout from yesterday. I rotate weekly from behind the neck squats and front squats. Front squats really hit your quads in a unique way. There isn`t an exercise that I can perform that will tear up my quads like front squats do ! I stick to smith machine with front squats only because instead of putting all your concentration into stablizing the weight on your chest , I direct all my focus into my quads! I stick to the higher rep range once again , 12-15. I normally do 4-5 sets.
