Article in the YouTube help section that says some channels may upload nudity, language, and graphic violence but the rest of us may not.

  • Maybe because those channels get a FUCK load of views and they never do anything risky... so instead of getting flooded with rubbished flag requests, they've stopped them?

  • good theory, but you can still flag the evolution of dance, the second most viewed video in youtube history.

  • Yay my religion is Safe!

  • @MinusLULZ he is able to set his own ratings

  • One more week now.

  • you can go to peoples channels and still flag even if they have that greyed out button on there actual channel its still there

  • S+: Explicit sexual situations

Content labeled S+ may contain explicit sexual activity. This includes engaging in sex acts, touching of genitals and individuals engaging in fetishes for purposes of sexual gratification (e.g. bondage, domination and sadomasochism). Note

Some films and television shows may contain S+ content; however videos originating from the YouTube user community must abide by the YouTube Community Guidelines and are not permitted to include such content.

  • Just wanted to point out something from the help page you linked.

"Some films and television shows may contain N+ content; however, videos originating from the YouTube user community must abide by the YouTube Community Guidelines and are not permitted to include such content."

I don't know if they added that after you said something or not. It looks though like it only applies for movie and TV show content.

I don't like the unflaggable channels thing though. Maybe they got too many fake flags?

  • People can flag Evolution of Dance? But that guy secured permission for each song... that's why his sequel took so long to release, cuz he had to get permission for all the songs... so he shouldn't be flaggable... ~ ~ ~ by the way I like the screencap for this vid, you look quite thoughtful

  • Just today I posted another movie parody. This time it was for "The Accused". When I did a search of YouTube for clips, I was surprised to find the entire movie including a shots of Jodie Foster's bare breasts and that rather graphic rape scene intact. The movie had been posted over a year ago and viewed almost 30,000 times. I checked again today and that poster has deleted his or her account. However, I would find it hard to believe that no one flagged this before. Sounds fishy to me.

  • Hell, just slap a "Tickle P0rn" title on your '9 minutes to flat abs' video and you're done!

  • most viewed of all time... its views arent going up at nearly the same rate as say charles/ally's channel... something like 200,000 a day??

  • I don't like the bad videos that come up because I'm worried that my niece/nephew will see them, but doesn't it make sense that there's no need to flag the video if the user who posted it already set an appropriate age restrictions? The scary thing is when someone posts a bad video but sets it so anyone can see it. But Youtube does overreact in judging a few videos like yours...

And I'm absolutely against the idea of my niece using Youtube, but I can't stop her really, she does it anyway. <:/
