We begin our day at the Rialto, enjoying the smells, sights, tastes and sounds of the wonderful fruit and vegetable market. A walk through the narrow lanes leads us to Brunos glass shop, a fine little place with a great selection of locally made glass beads, paper weights, frames, jewelry and more. Located next to the church of the Frari, another must-see in Venice. We continue walking through town to the Campo Santa Margherita, alongside scenic canals, through narrow alleys, onto the vaporetto to the train station, where we board our train for Lucerne.
