I've not seen a way to do that. TweetDeck is still in Beta, so perhaps a future version will have that capability.

how do u minimize it to the system tray?

The new version, TweetDeck v3.0 has this ability. Click the x, and it minimizes. From there you have to right click and chose close to close the program.
