China Adventures - Lijiang (Part 1)

This one is a shocker, and I heavily edited the content to minimize the swearing. We arrived in Lijiang which is a very pleasant city: beautiful architecture, nice cozy hotels and restaurants, blah blah blah...
Then we went to the vegetable market where we noticed that ALL THE VENDORS SPRAYED THEIR VEGGIES WITH SEWER WATER!!!

It took me completely by suprise... I mean, on one side the infrastructure in Lijiang seems proper, the place doesnt stink or anything, yet the people COMPLETELY lacked any basic understanding of hygiene...!!!

One could say "no big deal, same in India". The shocker is that heaps of money was actually spent on renovating the Old Town, yet apparently no one spent a penny on health education for the frontline staff responsible for one of the most important parts of life: food...

Needless to say, I freaked out a bit and put this piece together, as the whole thing was quite a shocker, especially knowing that China is WELL CAPABLE of educating these vendors (and others) about the necessity of following public health regulations.

They have many different kind of water run system for use in different way, not only one and use for everything like these dumbasses filmed. They just try to make up a stupid film to show people all over the world not to go there, 'cause they are jelly about a beautiful place like Lijiang. Chinese government should not let these stupid asshole enter china. They are not qualify to enter such a clean place like Lijiang.

Clean water is a major problem in many developing nations, not just China or India. I appreciate your reporting and hope it will lead to approvement.

Not really. Honestly This hygiene issue only occurs in small towns, but there isn't any problem in cities in China. As we DO know how important "health and safety" is. those people who used the dirty wather are fucking mother fuckers! I don't wanna eat these shitty food as well.

BTW, food in KFC is also from these market. and it's more nasty.

Now I saw your video. There are some dumb idiots that didn't want to go up top to get the clean water for their foods. The bottom part of water system is the most dirties. I remember to buy KFC too, next time.
