@nixxxon18 eer i think you answered your own question. 'Testing' is used as a mock up of the real thing so in testing you practice and find your absolute limit, its not to prance around the track going slowly. If you watch F1 you should really know that. Lol stupid...

no this was not in 1999, it was in 2000; the front wing of the '99 car was black, the one of 2000 was white, so it happened in 2000
