@Maaztx To be honest, many people dislike the Tau on tabletop because they see them as a massively OP shooty force, however they have their own serious weaknesses which make them near ineffective in melee (I know I've played as them enough) :P They shouldn't be disliked that much due to fluff, as tbh the idea of a 'new' race in the universe was a good one, in comparison to the other races with ancient histories surrounding them.

the thing that gave this away that they arent space marines to me was the fact a space marine would never take orders from a governor as the governors are always commissars (or along that line) and we all know that no guardsmen have any jurisdiction or control of the spacemarines.

I love how the early hostile marines in this game are Raptors or something. You don't see alot of successor chapters get any exposure. Moar Blood Angels. Or at least some damn White Scars!
