The early nineties were a decimating time for horror creator Hart D. FIsher, and in this riveting monologue he tells you why as he talks about the behind the scenes violence and heartbreak making his first feature film, The Garbage Man. Subject matter is adult and not for the faint of heart.

I had no idea you made this movie in 93, I am sorry I called you a hack.I as well made a horror movie about a serial killing Garbage Man. I came up with the idea in 99, filmed a 30 minute movie in 2003 and I uploaded it on youtube in 2005. Please forgive me though, I added your movie to be number one on my netflix, and cannot wait to see your vision of a serial killing Garbage Man. I do have plans to remake my 30 minute pitch though, guess I'll have to change the title now. Once again, sorry.
