March 21, 2010 Squall with Hail

Well an upper level low developed across the Mississippi valley and a squall line formed west of us and passed over at about 25-30 mph. With it came some hail,high winds, lightning, and extremely heavy rain! Nonetheless it was my first severe storm this year here in Stone Mountain that actually produced hail. The sound it made was incredible! Sorry i didn't get it on tape the storm moved very quickly! The hail was no bigger then pea sized but melted :( so no pics :( All in all it was a decent storm!

Nice nice video of this early-season Tstorm you had... yiehs..GA can have some bigtimed Tstorms this time of year...I'm looking forward to see the real biggies with lotsa CGs later on in your Tstorm season...and I agree with 'StormChaserNathan' hope you DO get some real duzies so we all can view them!

This is in Florida Right? I was watching it on radar, was impressive. Surprised NWS didn't issue a Svr tstorm warning.

Nice video there, Joey..good job...and your place is destined to get lotsa GREAT springtimed-Tstorms and so on....great for videoing... BTW...yesterday, 3/26/10...at 145am..got an expected loud rumble of thunder....tried to tape it as I catapulted out of bed..but that was it. I did upload an interesting YouTube video on 3/25....going thru the carwash..pretending it is a supercelled-Tstorm!! Wanna SEE it???

I hope, here, in my country is less and the weather should become unstable and spectacular. I hope to shoot a heavy rain with hail or a thunderstorm with beautiful lightning.
