There are a host of herbs and supplements with a proven track record and health benefits to the body. Some in fact are extraordinary. All you have to do is research. Penn and Tellers intentions are good, but my fear is that people are going to see this video and assume that just because something is "alternative" means it doesn't work.

@poekie2008 Americans aren't especially stupid - there's gullible people like this all over the world. I live in Norway, and here even our own Princess (Märtha Louise) claims that she can speak with animals and angels - and has since 2006 made money from her own alternative medical school. James Randi, who visited Oslo yesterday, repeatedly stated that Norwegians deserve better. Still - alternative treatment swindles people for more than 1 billion dollars domestically each year. Horrible!
