    wonderful!

  • the only thing that is hard for me to give up is kale. i love it. so in moderation. if i were to be taking myself off of synthroid i wouldn't eat it. it is really rough i know. i got off of synthroid with the help of a doctor. i get regular blood tests every 6-8 months. i recommend the same. for me avoiding stress is more important than avoiding kale.

  • Hi Dara, I know you suffered from hypothyroidism once, so I was wondering what you think about these foods that decrease thyroid production: KALE SPINACH, CABBAGE, BROCCOLI, MUSTARD GREENS. i know you are cautious about giving medical advice (i'm a nurse), but I would really like to be "cured" from hypothroid symptoms. if i dont take synthroid, the symptoms are felt almost immediately. do you think the benefits of these foods outweigh the warning?

  • @daradubinet Extra virgin Coconut oil
