  • Was the "host" drunk?

  • If I go out and have a half a glass of wine with my dinner then decided to shoot pool for an hour then leave why is that considered the same to people as drinking and driving. You are not impaired nor have you broken any law but a lot of people this page included, believe that this is as wrong as drinking a six pack and barreling though an intersection. That term "Drinking and Driving" is very dangerous it profiles every single person under the same criteria. It's about being responsible adults.

  • gee i dont know how about not drink driving, then you dont have to worry about this or hurting other people

  • If your goal is to just get the encounter over with, then I'm pretty sure you're just better off blowing into the damn thing.

  • Better idea: don't drink before driving.

  • if you listen to this guy and don't take either tests, you'll be arrested anyway for DUI and the officer will write a lengthy report supporting his arrest. If you have an officer with years of experience with DUI drivers who don't submit to testing and has a good repore the courts, then your fucked either way. Here's some advise not mentioned. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

  • Sit up, Patrick.

  • I don't think that's how it works here in Florida. Here if you refuse I'm pretty sure they can take you in.

  • The police are acting under the presumption that we are "Driving" when most of us are traveling and are not under their statutory jurisdiction. A lawyer will never tell you that.

  • I am a proud member of D.A.M.M. -DRUNKS AGAINST MAD MOTHERS!
