It's not an anime, it's a series of video games. The Tales series of video games all have anime-styled opening sequences (that's what I used to make this video)

Although, Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Eternia, and (the in production) Tales of Symphonia have animes to go along with them.

This is one of the most AWESOME Carol of the Bells AMVs I've seen(and I've seen ALOT, blieve me). You've inspired me to go off and tinker with my own Tales of clips and see what I can do to this song. Hey, never enough Christmas carols, right? At any rate---this is AMAZING. Great work.
