it was delayed for various reasons
1. the addition of sonic, they took out mew or roy and added sonic thats why he was last to be confirmed
2.bugs, hacks trophies
3. they were not done yet it takes a while to make a game as good as brawl espicially all thos graphics for a nintendo game i was suprised.
4.moves needed to be enhanced looking better and better moves
5.wi-fi they could of delayed the game again cus of the laggy wi-fi and because of the complaining fans they didnt

i mean it would have been better if the delay was for something like improving the wifi (because the wifi sucks) but if it were for something like tripping then that just sucks>(
