Those pipes don't lead to the sewer, why would you dump tons of raw sewage into our streams? Those are for water from storm drains.

alligators might have came into sewers by rivers because some huge sewer pipes r conneced to the rivers.. crocodiles might have thought they were caves so they went in those sewers to keep them for shelter .
