Zombie Training Guide(Fastest Free Melee exp)

I recommend watching this video in high quality.

I made this video to show one of the fastest methods of training melee in Runescape.
You need to start the Defender of Varrock quest in order to use this method.
I recommend using bandos armor for high defense(fighter torso would work too) and proslyte for low defense(so you don't have to charge prayer as often). You should use melee protect if you have low defense while a bunyip is enough for high defense levels.

I've personally timed over 100k defense exp per hour here. This spot is slightly slower than using melee protect and piety at the skeletons in the chaos tunnels but it's free(you actually gain cash) which makes it worth it in my opinion.
