If Jerry Garcia had lived to be a hundred years old, he would have have still been creating new takes on songs, still be finding more music in songs than the composer ever dreamed of... still playing riffs never imagined before...When he passed he still had lots of creative juice in the warehouse of his soul... wouldn't it be cool to see a 70 year old Jerry still amazing us...

Attending 10 or so Dead shows I spent what amounted to around a 24 hour period in his presence. Not enough. And not appreciated enough while it was happening.
