The Latins of Rome illustrates all the glory which is called Ancient Rome. Through many drastic changes and bloody battles, through Kingdom to Empire, spanning from Northern Africa to Western Europe, Rome remained in all its glory.
Their culture, through their conquests, was given to the world. Even today, many English words are entirely or at least influenced by the language of the Romans. Even at the end of the Middle Ages, Latin was considered something of an official language amongst the literate classes.
