part of me wanted her to stay with bizarro he really loved her but he was evil and with him she had been evil to clark too and they had been enemies and i cant stand that i love clana too much they will come throguh this she loves him CLARK and she was with bizarro only because she tought he was clark he loves her too they just need time and space they had been through worst before

@Suuuuumaaa Okay, this is getting a little more intense than it needs to be. I respect your opinions and find your love for Smallville very endearing because I feel the same way. You have your opinion and I have mine. Let's just agree to disagree. ;) I loved both Lana's and Lois' characters for different reasons. I never said one went through more than the other. I just said their needs were different.

@Rossaleana1 I dont know on WHAT basis you assumed that lois readily acceopted that she is not his priority and on what basis you said that Lana didnt! but lois didnt go thru what Lana went thru, everything was easy for her&Clark, no women 2 compete, no DEATH or a father who KILLED her to push them apart! all was convenient, and it was there in in your face kind of thing, she was even more important that he was, OLIVER said it CLEARLY WHEN he said THE WORLD NEEDS YOU LOIS!

@Rossaleana1 I dont recall lois had to go through someone who looks EXACTLY like Clark and is chasing her and LOVING her as she is used to Clark before, and then all of the sudden he is NOT, heck, he also shared with her what Clark used to! I dont see how you can compare between the two and then say they are totally different? Lana didnt have HALF the things handed down to lois, and lois didnt go through HALF the things that Lana went through for CLARK's sake,

@Rossaleana1 hoiw he trusts her with his tie but not with his heroic actions... and SHE got what she wanted... she became PRIVY to the WATCHTOWER and the justice league actions, heck she even walkd down hawkman's tomb even before CLARK, she was the one considered as an IMPORTANT figure! and how does that even compare to what Lana received from Clark? Lana readily

@Rossaleana1 whoaaaa whgoaaaaaa slow down a bit there! Lana hesistated because she wasnt a priority in his life? is that why she told him the world needs you more than I do Clark in season 7 and in BULLETPROOF and when he begged her to stay in REQUIEM, and she told him that even iof they cant be with one another, they were driven to save the world? lets see about lois! hmmmmm.. she practically LOST it in one of season 10 episodes qwhen she mumbled how he left her out with his heroic deeds

@Suuuuumaaa Requiem was sad and I felt badly for them both. They went through so much together. But I accept the reality of the comic. Not at all down playing what he had with Lana, but I also like Lois too. They are two totally different women with different needs and priorities. I felt that Lana needed a more traditional relationship, whereas Lois was career driven and readily accepted that she wouldn't always be his priority. Thats was why Lana hesitated when she slipped him the blue rock.

@Rossaleana1 exactly, that is why he begged her to stay in REQUIEM,,, he wants things to be like what they had before she absorbed Kryptonite! the ONLY reason they didnt end up together is because it is not written in the comics and THAT IS THAT! have this show with TOTALLY different names and away from the comics, you will know who is the winning couple with no shadow of doubt! ;)

@Suuuuumaaa I liked Lana a lot and thought that she proved her love beyond a shadow of a doubt, but I also knew that she was a very important step in Clark's life. She showed him how to love. I wouldn't have minded at all if they ended up together, but they just weren't meant to be in comic reality. But I did feel that she was very important because his relationship with her showed him all of the dumb mistakes he made by shutting her out and taught him that his has to let the woman he loves in.

@Rossaleana1 I never said that their love wasn't real or mature. I mean, whose 1st love isn't?Understanding that this is the comic world with a dab of the real world, in reality each relationship teaches you something and you come away with something that prepares you for the next relationship. What he experienced with Lana was indeed very special, but just like in reality sometimes it's just not meant to be. That's the way it is sometimes, it doesn't mean that it didn't mean something.

@Rossaleana1 Lana's story didnt prepare him to lois,,, lois was thrusted into his life ALL OF THE SUDDEN, and everything from original characters to the kitchen to tell him how she is the ONE, and everything fell into place for her! that is not preparing, that is Clark IS GOING to be with lois whether he wanted that or not!
