I prefer Daniel Barenboim's interpretation, he is better @ putting the emotions into the piece. but this is very good To, Horowitz is a great pianist! the sorrow is taking over ones soul, when listening to this music, simply beautiful.
listen to the repeating arpeggio triads. Almost every note is tonally, dynamically, and rhythmically placed...for 5 minutes and 50 seconds. lots of work to do something so continuously perfect like that.
