We electrocute millions of pigs and machine squeezed Cows breast for milk every morning. What's the difference between Cows and dogs. Just because Cows don't lick your face doesn't unfairly make their lives lower than dogs. It's either you eat all animals or you don't eat any animal. It's hypocracy to eat beef while condemn dog eaters. Cows feel pain too.

The truth is many cultures adopted. In some cultures human sacrifice, head hunting, cannibalism were part of the culture. They changed thier ways maybe for the better.
Keep in mind there are many in asia who dont support dog eating especially among Buddhists.
