the mirrored interface they have made allows the camera to be placed at the same eye level as the screen - so the customer service agent can look straight at the customer - rather than looking down at the screen - which is offputting for a customer.

I agree about the ergonomic end - in that they didn't take it into consideration. Holding your arms up like that for ours on end will result in countless neck & shoulder work-related injuries. Other words nice alternative to the conventional phone.
