@hohobal Pay them what they are really worth and hire a proper dance coordinator, choose the best from 150 ladies like in pro-sports franchises and then wait till they are ready for the final video...and I bet they would look almost as good as the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleadres..My point is..dont be so hard on them!!
