wow i was on Itunes finding some of Meditation music and second i heard this version of the chant....it brings an incredible feeling. very powerful

I know that the ratio 3:1 has some therapeutic implications but i would like to know tge word they pronounce after the mantra, if anybody knows please explain!

It has a ratio of 3:1 om mAni padme hum three times abd then another sound that i can not completely grasp Rrrrr he or what? Can anybody explain? Thanks
