I highly commend and admire Justin for his fight to maintain a relationship with his daughter. I only wish my dad would have been the same way. I'm the same age as Justin. Last time I saw my dad I was 12 and we live in the same city. His new wife was more important I guess. My mom always encouraged a relationship with him. But it never happened, and he passed away in June of 2010. I read about it in the local newspaper. I don't wish this on anyone. Please stay in touch with your kids.

the stories told in justin's songs touch me to my soul because i grew up listening to blue october since i was in middle school. ive been in the foster care system since i was 7 and now im 19 and i havent been able to see my mom as much as i would like to just because the court said it would be bad for me and my twin brother to see her because of her past addictions to drugs. so thank you justin for writing your beautiful music that inspire me. thank you justin :')
