http://facebook.com/coachlana The INSANITY workouts are the toughest workouts I have ever done in my life. Today was impossible. I was supposed to do the Fit Test and Max Interval Circuit but I got very dizzy n nauseous. I decided to move Max Interval Circuit to tomorrow. We shall see how that goes. Question to myself, move on or repeat month one? Where are you in your workouts? Going too easy and seeing no results, pushing it too hard and getting injured or feeling just right and loving it? Leave me a comment, let me know. Our workouts should belongs feel more energetic, happy, healthy, fit, strong, not worn out, exhausted, injured. That doesn't mean you go too easy. I feel great after a killer INSANITY workout. I'm just not sure I'm ready for month two.

Wow it's great to know that other people get dizzy doing the fit test too. I thought I was in pretty good shape so i bought the insanity dvds and started off with the fit test today... after about the 4th exercise interval, i started feeling dizzy and had to take longer breaks in between to get my breathing and heart rate back down. I'm just going to do the workouts at my own pace until i am up to that level of fitness i guess.
