I think Frum is a smart guy that can renew the GOP with moderately changing their environmental views, like he says many people that go to college whether they like it or not have been thru envoronmental class, therefore its only logical to try to include all those environmentally savvy people.

the republican party are noting but baby killier of parent who are in foriegn countrys. they want rich class of color to run for president for them because they know by doing this they might get some more vetoers to veto for them so they can go more wars and take jobs to asia and south america when their own ppl are jobless today.

I dont think the republican should reach out to blacks and Mexicans for a vote. Im sick of the racial politics of pandering leave that to the democrats. This pandering is why we CANT fix this Immigration problem for example. The republicans need to reach out to Americans not pander to "minorities" so called that's whats wrong with the party now. David Frum is apart of that mess and is definitely NOT the one to go to advice about what direction the party should go.

Hey Republicans, if you want to get the black vote then stop talking about how compassionate you are and do something real. For example, speak out against what happened to Oscar Grant (and many other AAs.) Stand up and say we are going to make sure rogue cops get prosecuted for their crimes.

BUT no you guys are pandering to rabid statist and authoritarians. Backassward.
