Come take a ride with Sacramento Realtor, Gena Riede on the way to give an Investor's good faith deposit check to Stewart Title in Elk Grove, then off for a Home Inspection at Ironworks where a new home buyer is purchasing a loft in West Sacramento and then to a Short Sale listing in Elk Grove, CA.

It is just a typical day but a good day when a bank like Countrywide FINALLY accepts a Short Sale offer and an Investor can go forward and buy a duplex while the tenants still remain in possession. This took from October 2008 until January 2009 before hearing from Countrywide...not what you would call timely!

Just another example that a home buyer and an investor MUST have patience when dealing with a Short Sale.
