Oh hai! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got beautiful Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

@XxServalcat24xX You don't lose muscle during fasting quite how people would think. Your body recycles proteins. Your body will maintain what it has if you use it, so excess muscle fibers will be broken down to calories your body can circulate in other places. Fat will metabolize as well, so they supplement each-other. Like Savarios said, you need to maintain your muscles. Eating plenty of protein when you aren't fasting will help a lot.

Thanks for the compliment on my intellectual prowess :-). All I can say is that the two "scientifically unproven" principles I apply in my daily life of de-tox and trying to counter acidification by eating alkalizing foods such as raw vegetables leave me feeling in very good shape. I don't suppose the supposedly infallible institution of "science" will ever prove that pumping people full of drugs is, in general, bad for them - but anyone with a bit of insight can see that it is.

They say when u fast and lose weight to fast, u have alot of extra skin, is that true???? Is dat how they get extra skin??

I guess if you lose a lot of weight quickly you might have loose skin afterwards. But if you lose weight gradually and do plenty of physical exercise, it shouldn't be a problem. Start by fast for one day or less a week, and you can build up to longer fasts.

During a fast you can consume small amounts of salad veg. cucumber, tomatoes, garlic.- chew very well so it's effectively liquid- to maintain nutrients and counter acidification. as well as plenty of water, occasional slices of lemon, and teaspoon of honey a day.
