Wooden Dummy - a few drill ideas based on American Kenpo techniques

I picked two AK technique to try to turn into a wooden dummy drill. Will look at the system and see what else I can come up with. Just working some ideas and see how they turn out. Constructive feedback always welcome.

How about Double Factor Parries, and closed fist double factor moving blocks.

Also, try using downward Double factor parries. Upper/Middle levels, like you are checking off a punch to the nose and an uppercut or hook to the body.
