King Zog defended the Jews during the Nazi persecution. Some even say that he gave Ainstain an Albanian passport to go to USA. That was a classy thing to do. Also, exchanging gold for banknotes is a legal thing in every country. He could not use Albanian banknotes abroad. He could use gold as a currency abroad. It's legitimate. you're a moron. king zog was a man who found it hard to live in albania like so many albanians today because theyre accustomed to other places and he still sacrificed to help albania. i tried living in germany for 6 months and i couldnt because im used to america. its hard living in a country youre not used to or a developing nation. back then, an albanian passport could go anywhere in the world. you have no idea who king zog was.
