I hate seeing single mothers blamed fro these feral children. I am a single mother and my 2 boys are exemplary in their treatment of other people. We are not religious! The problem is NOT that women cannot discipline boy children, the problem goes much wider than the immediate family. My kids would not more rape women than they would stab people or carry guns. The culture we live in is just not condoning it. I do not live in a suburb - I live in 'deprived inner city'.
