I'm not really a big fan of these books...I have another one in the series....iits just a book of random people in a more "american manga" style...it doent really explain about things such as how to draw from different angles and the like....I got better at drawing from watching other people draw...looking at what materials they use and how they drew eyes and stuff...I find it easier to learn by trying things out myself rather than being taken step by step though a drawing....maybe its just me..

@akizenblu Yes I draw by just getting on with it. Ideas are everything in sketching, so just draw them if art books aren't for you!

simple i got 1 of these books and it is just pic showing you how to draw it but dosent tell much information

As a beginner artist, I do actually have a problem with these books. It's hard as hell to go from step 2 to step 3 on most of these without knowing where to start, how to draw hair and eyes...it lacks a bit of detail that'd be really useful.

@FFVIITifaFan This book is for Advanced artists, its a hard book, with great artwork, but be aware of that it takes alot of skill to make them as they are illustrated in the book, so buy with caution.
