Worth pointing out that someone with knowledge of lua will apply to the top guilds usually, especially if they've made a successful addon or spreadsheet since it adds a lot of weight to their app (even with little situational awareness, like Landsoul). So being established already (high pop server) is a major bonus since experienced/skilled players will gravitate towards you. Some lucky top of server (but not quite world) guilds may attract a few coders that are starting to raid.

*we need to set up these two elemental cores to weaken deathwing!* "the encounter would make you spilt up your raid into 2 rooms (with a fair distance apart maybe teleporter pads?) deathwing attacks one group of your raid (you take him down X amount of health) "phase switch aand he needs to switch to the second group" fight continues untill your cores are both at 100% then he flys off as being too close to the cores make him too weak to fight you anymore.

My shaman will out fucking heal any other healing class no problem you just gotta know what to stack and how to play a shaman correctly. most shamans arent stacking things right and healing completely wrong mainly spamming greater waves and surges WHICH IS WRONG

@arduria I always follow the tanks target assist macros ftw? oh and btw I still rarely get a tank that knows how to push buttons it makes me wonder how they get to 85

@ace96403 Agreed. My main is a shaman and I'm always topping the healing meters no matter who else is healing. Not that meters are the be all and end all, but i have no problems with resto.
