Landing at Sasakatoon's John G. Diefenbaker international airport (YXE) on a flight from Toronto's Pearson International (YYZ) in September 2008. Initially you can see an acerage development east of Saskatoon, followed by the South Saskatchewan River. One of the many potash mines around the city can then be seen - the pink tailings pile is huge!
