On the occasion of transfer of power to the newly elected President of USA the world hopes that precedent will be set to build upon the hope to realize peace, work towards a more freer and civilized world, where every individual has un obstructed access to basic rights.
Our world is passing through a terrible stage. People on this earth will have to get together and make it credible. Earth' s and humanity' s salvation is in kindness, care, compassion, harmony and reconciliation.
Wars and feuds will only bring death and destruction. It is upon us and us only either to make earth a heaven or make it a hell.
Act now every moment is precious.

Thanks for singing songs of hope. Alas! I am still waiting for a more civilised world. Resolve Kashmir and Palestine as well as human rights especially outside Europe and America. Woh subah zaroor aayegi. We r moving in that direction. Let us imbibe basic human values in each of us & our children. Neither USA nor any Western Country is going to bring this change. Examine all those major Wars fought in last 100 years including recent Iran-Iraq, Iraq-Kuwait, Gulf War, Freedom of Afghanistan & Iraq from Taaliban etc and we will know that Palestine or Kashmir has nothing to do with them

Apartheid has come and gone. Racial discrimination is at its weakest ever. Obamas election & becoming President proves that its 'so far so good'. I think every thing ought to be decided on merits only. It is hoped no other form of discrimination raises its ugly head. Agree with Munmauji that Palestine and Kashmir must be tackled without any further loss of time as these issues are detrimental to world peace and tranquility. Whole world must unite to help resolve these burning issues on UNO's records.
