  • doing 100 sit ups per day doesn't give u amazing abs, stick w/ the term "variety over quantity", which means perform different type of ab exercises to challenge the muscles in different ways, start doing them only 3 times a week leaving a days gap between

  • Hello guys im a 13 years old kid and i do like +100 sits up a day, but i dont seem to get abs. I do have little abs but u cant really see them in some lights. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a 13 year old kid to get abs?
