Cannon Exc B JWW 112809 AKC.MOD

I usually dislike rear crosses, but cannon is trusting me more and we're doing them better together. I was thrilled that he let me rear cross two jumps before the weaves and still drove on to the next jump. This has been a problem for us in the past, as Cannon reads my rear crosses very dramatically (which is good that he is responsive in some ways). Again, weave poles!!!! He hit the side of the jump bar in a pinwheel - he does like to wrap things TIGHT - and I got him back for the ending. I think if I ran it again, I'd do a front cross in front of that teal jump at the end of the run...I think I had time and my rear cross confused him and he wanted the weave poles. I am also excited b/c I think I can start pushing for weave pole speed once he makes his entry in competition instead of just holding my breathe!!!!
