The under wash from the helicopter seems to give it back the boost that the water took away for a moment, not the best solution I'd say, just let her burnout.

Either fuel or hydraulic oil must have sprayed on the turbo. The thing is the house came down after the hoses burned off and if it didn't hit the door it might have trapped the operator under it as he was in there trying to put it out.
