Well, it's not Enya. The track is an arrangement of the FF2 (Famicom) main theme. Specifically, it's "The Promised Land" from the Final Fantasy Pray vocal album:

@KalebGrace surely Enya isn't author of it, but perhaps she just sung it?

I know that on FFpray this song was sung by lisa ooki, but this doesn't seems like her's voice, but it kind of reminds me of Enya's. (I've put this up, as the discography I've downloaded says it's enya...)

@DramatisPenzionae I have the single and "the promise" is an instrumental that sounds nothing like this. It is NOT Enya -doesn't even sound like her. I have all her albums and singles

@DramatisPenzionae If you can find proof of Enya's involvement, more power to you... but look for some legit research on it, rather than some dude's Enya discography torrent you found on Pirate Bay or whatever. After all, I remember back in the day when people would label lots of comedy songs on Napster/KaZaA as being done by Weird Al when they weren't, just because it sounded like him.

Not sure, the Lisa Ooki voice seems different from the voice singing this song.

From the single: Only time from the year 2000. (apparently in the 2001 there was a remix of the single. in the remix "the promise" is an instrumental, but in this version it isn't... even though they seem like two different songs...
