When saying Muslims and others need to build on common ground, the Muslim scholars (and many Quran quotes) never mention Quran 5:17, which says: Those who believe in the divinity of Christ are unbelievers, Q4:171, Jesus was not crucified, or Q9:30, Those who believe Jesus is the Son of God are accursed, Q9:29, which mandates warfare against and the subjugation of Jews & Christians.
Reasonable, that verses like these need to be addressed, if there is to be any true and honest dialogue?
