This was part of my effort to max out my squat, which I've never done before. Despite the fact that the 155 lb. looks kind of difficult and I sort of shorted it, I then did 165 lb. with more ease. I think I have *maybe* 175 lb., but I had to stop at 165 lb. on that day. I'm going to give it another try this coming week. Then it's on to the Velocity Diet with Andy, (Blenderate)!

  • go girl...i also squat with 155 lbs.. Keep going

  • Awesome job, babe.

You fidget around a lot with the bar on your back, which might be causing you to waste energy. I think doing extra core work is going to help your squat a good bit, since the difference between you hitting and missing a near-max squat usually seems to be how tight you can keep during the lift.
