That actually is a very different and interesting way of looking at it to me. I don't think I've ever actually heard anyone else put it in that way, and I honestly didn't know that an atheist could be spiritual or believe in the Goddess and God. With your explanation of viewing them as an energy, though, that makes complete sense now. I think that it's just awesome that you have found something that personal -to you-. :) I love watching your videos and hope to see many more! Much love!

thank you for posting this. I, too, consider myself an Atheist and a Witch. Pagan, only in the fact that I see the Earth as a living organism. I appreciate your path and for bringing clarity and beauty to the world. May you grow tall and strong and your roots grow deep.

I was Atheist at first for about 6-7 years, then one day I stumbled across Wicca and realized that I could be a spiritual person without worshiping a deity. I've really been wondering about atheism lately. I don't necessarily believe in the powers I call on as the usual concept of Gods and Goddesses. I think of them as a form of Spirit that is without physical form. Like, they're what we all are if we had no bodies, and had a little more knowledge about our spirits. If you ask me if I believe in the usual concept of Gods (all powerful, all knowing, judgement makers, etc) I'd say I didn't, but I still believe in that they have a consciousness.

I agree, that is my issue with deities, I don't believe they are actually beings sitting on a cloud somewhere waiting to help me with my ritual, spellwork etc. I believe that I have to call upon their energies to help me with whatever it is that I am working on. Personally after all of the stories and books I have read about past lives, I believe that reincarnation could be a possibility. None of us really know for sure though ya know?
